when our surf dogs are not surfing, we participate in the Reality Rally held in Temecula California every year to help raise money and awareness for Michelle's Place! April 12th - 14th at Temecula City Hall Michelle's Place is a Breast Cancer Resource Center. We have a ton of fun during this three day event! |

| Helen Woodward Animal Center's Surf Dog Surf-A-ThonHelen Woodward Animal Center hosts the seventh annual Surf Dog Surf-A-Thon.
Sunday, September 9th, 2012 Dog Beach Deal Mar, California This is the largest surf dog contest in the country. The Surf Dog Surf-A-Thon features more than 80 dogs surfing in four weight classes, plus celebrity judges, a pet costume contest, vendor booths and more. Proceeds benefit the pets and programs of Helen Woodward Animal Center. More details to follow. |

September 2010 Channel 8 Television, a CBS affiliate in San Diego, did a short feature in advance of the 2010 Helen Woodward Animal Center's Surf Dog Surf-A-Thon. The SoCal Surf Dogs were invited to provide expert Dog Surfing. We think they pulled it off. What do you think? |
