Most started tandem surfing with their dogs before they even thought about surfing them by themselves.

Hawaii

Marcus (Junior) Marcos

The owner of the Diamond Head Cove Health Bar,
Marcus (Junior) Marcos 
died of cancer on December 6, 2010.
Marcus was often seen surfing off Waikiki
 with his two Labradors "Pono" and "Hone".
Pono has been surfing a while and has been in a several episodes of the Hawaii based television series
"Lost" as "Vincent".



"Hone", Marcus's new chocolate colored lab
is still a puppy and learning to surf.
